Dr. Craig Chappell
Dr. Craig Chappell DO, CAQSM, RMSK, IROM-C is the owner and director of In2it Medical. Dr. Chappell is a graduate of Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, KY. He completed a Family Practice residency at O’Bleness Memorial Hospital in Athens, OH. Following his residency, Dr. Chappell went on to complete two fellowships – one in Neuromusculoskeletal / Osteopathic Manual Medicine and one in Sports Medicine. He is triple board certified in Family Practice, Osteopathic Manual Medicine/Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine, and Sports Medicine. Additionally, he is certified in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound as well as Interventional Regenerative Orthopaedic Medicine.
Prior to opening his own practice, Dr. Chappell was the medical director of Functional Health and Sports Medicine in Ocala, FL. He also worked for Ohio University in Athens, OH, serving in multiple capacities as assistant professor of Family Medicine, medical director of the Professional Athletic Training Program, and team physician for the University’s football team.
In addition to running his medical practice, Dr. Chappell also teaches regenerative injection techniques and diagnostic/therapeutic musculoskeletal ultrasound both nationally and internationally with the Hackett/Hemwall Foundation, AAOM, and Gulf Coast Ultrasound.
Outside of his busy clinic and teaching schedule, Dr. Chappell enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys.
Dr. Christopher Edwards
Christopher Edwards DO, is a graduate of Des Moines University of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his intern year at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, MO and residency in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (NMM) at the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO. Dr. Edwards worked as an adjunct instructor in the Department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine at A.T. Still University in Kirksville, MO for two years and is now working as an Assistant Professor of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine at Rocky Vista University in Ivins, Utah. When he is not teaching or treating patients, he loves to spend time with his wife and three daughters; they especially love to be outdoors, exploring the geology of Southern Utah.
